Volunteer Toronto Legacy Award Recipients - Environmental Portraits

Recently we were brought on to photograph the recipients of the 2016 Volunteer Toronto Legacy Awards, where volunteers are recognized for their outstanding contributions in their communities. We photographed 24 people over two days in the Bloor-Spadina area. The images of each volunteer were chosen and displayed at City Hall for the evening awards ceremony on Monday, to which we were invited to attend. We had a great time working with so many interesting people and creating the images which captured them as theirselves. Below are just some images of the recipients and the awards ceremony. Michelle Rosen - Lifestyle and Headshots

We had a tonne of fun photographing Michelle yesterday. We did some fun lifestyle portraits in her apartment (including the cats!) and then set up a backdrop to use for some headshots. Check out a few of the results below.
